We’re back! After nearly nine-and-a-half weeks, we are pleased to inform you that our distribution centers have finally re-opened, and we can begin accepting orders again. We appreciate your understanding during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we’re looking forward to continue serving the food allergy community!

We know it’s been awhile since our last update, and quite frankly, not much has changed. Unfortunately, our distribution centers are still not accepting orders. While we don’t yet have an estimated date when they will re-open, we’re hopeful that it won’t be much longer. Thanks for staying patient with us during these strange times.

Effective immediately, we are no longer accepting orders due to the current extreme demand on our distribution centers. We have disabled all online ordering features until further notice. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to resuming normal service levels once intense demand subsides.
