Order Information

Our orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed. You can view the status of your order in the Orders section of your account page. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

All orders take 24-48 hours to process, and then 5-7 business days to ship. You will not receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information until ALL products have been shipped. If you have an account with us, you can also locate your tracking information by looking at the order in your Order History.

Please Sign In to your Peanut Envy account. Click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner and then select Orders from the menu options. From there, you can access all past and current orders as well as tracking information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Peanut Envy, please return any unopened, unused items within 7 days of purchase for a refund worth the cost of the items returned. With your returned items, please include your name, email address and order number.

To complete your return, please ship the item(s) to:

Once received, we will notify you of receipt of your return, along with a refund and/or store credit for the cost paid for your returned items.

All orders ship for a flat rate fee of $9.99! However, Peanut Envy reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.

Peanut Envy currently ships to all addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but we hope to extend our services in the near future! We do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses or third party shippers.

We are committed to getting your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. You must contact us within 30 minutes after the order is placed to try to cancel an order. If your order was placed more than 30 minutes ago, your order has already processed and cannot be changed.

Please contact us immediately by clicking on the Live Chat box or fill out our Contact Us form.

We are available Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) to cancel orders. If you placed your order outside of this time frame, your order can not be canceled. In case your order has already processed, you may return the item for a full refund according to our Return Policy.

Please click on My Account in the upper right hand corner of our website and select Lost your password? Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive an email with a link to create your new password.

To submit a product review, navigate to the product you wish to review. Scroll down to the Reviews tab near the product information.  Enter your email address, select a star rating, and leave a detailed review of your product!
